Ordering and Shipping

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail within the 50 United States. A small surcharge will be applied on deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii. Packages are expected to arrive at destination between two to three days of shipping.

Delays may occur due to conditions beyond the shipper's control. Emily's Cookies & Biscuit is not responsible for late deliveries due to weather, natural or man-made disasters.

Cancellations or Changes to Orders

All orders for cookies and biscuits are final. All orders are confirmed by e-mail. Once an order confirmation has been sent, refunds are no longer possible. Only merchandise credits will be issued on cancelled orders for use on future purchase. A cancellation request must be sent via e-mail in order to receive a merchandise credit. And once an order has been shipped, cancellations and credits are not possible.

Claims

Each order is packed with great care, but due to the delicate nature of our products, occasional breakage may occur. To avoid possible shortage, we recommend that extras be ordered.

Shelf Life

Emily's Cookies & Biscuits are all natural, and because they are egg and preservative-free, they will stay fresh for two to three weeks from date of purchase. Please store in an airtight container to preserve flavor. Items can be frozen to prolong shelf life, but are best when brought to room temperature before consumption.

Packaging

High quality, FDA-approved plastic bags are used to package all Emily's Cookies & Biscuits.
